tell the grocery store to carry more than 4 types of meat then (not counting the variety of seafood).

Idk, rabbit meat is good and so is duck meat. I hear if properly cooked dog, cat, horse etc meat are also nice. Also human meat is supposed to be OK (might need some sweet and sour sauce tho).

Personally my favourite is lamb meat.

Auto-Summary
The post discusses the Detox Miracle Sourcebook by Robert Morse ND and the Mucusless Diet Healing System by Arnold Ehret, both of which are considered scams by the author. The author shares an anecdotal story about a woman with hypothyroidism, specifically Hashimoto's disease, who has improved significantly after following Dr. Morse's detox program. The author criticizes the idea of detoxification diets and supplements, stating that the human body naturally detoxifies itself. Dr. Morse holds multiple doctorates, but the author questions the legitimacy of these degrees, citing the existence of diploma mills and unaccredited colleges. The author concludes that a diet based on our species' biological design, primarily fruit consumption, is the best approach to health.

both huge scams

i just want you to know for the past 4 months i have been working with a woman who has suffered from hypothyroidism, specifically hasimotos disease for 12 years. she grew up near Chernobyl as a child.

anecdotal evidence

I can feed my kids high sugar foods and they'd feel great for a long time
because of all the sugar. Arnold Ehret died in 1922, WTF could he know then
that we haven't dispelled today? mucus, right along the same lines as the
crap supposed to remove the 'mucoid plaque' from your intestines something
that's never been documented by modern medicine even though hundreds of
thousands, maybe millions of people have been dissected over the years for
autopsies with their stomach and intestinal contents being examined. yet
these clinical nutritionists with their self study degrees  that they
acquire in 3 weeks can sell you a product that makes you shit a rubber rope
like bunch of 'mucoid plaque' and some how, to the people using this
product, it doesnt occur that the product it's self is doing it

detoxification diets, supplements, etc... all bunk. your body ishas evolved
to do all this automatically, your intestines take up nutrients, you liver,
intestines and kidneys filter and dispose of the wastes. if your organs are
failing then sure, you need dialysis to do the work of the kidneys bit a
diet plan certainly wont do the work, proper nutrition can certainly assist
your body in doing it's job but the whole concept is based on bullshit claims

what the fuck is a 100 year old diet going to do to benefit man

who exactly is Dr, Morse?

Robert Morse, ND, DSc, ID, MH... that's bunches of letters after a name,
sure sounds impressive, I wonder why he's so educated and pushing these
quack diet plans

Dr. Morse holds a Doctorate of Science in Biochemistry and a Doctorate of Naturopathy from Brantridge Forest School in Sussex, England.

this SOB has the gall to call himself a doctard with his store bought degree?
Quote:
"Sussex College of Technology, Sussex, England. Perhaps the oldest of Britian's degree mills, Sussex is run by "Dr." Bruce Copen from his home, south of London. At the same address, but with different catalogs are the Brantridge Forest School and the University of the Science of Man. Each offer "earned" degrees for which a few correspondence are required, and "extension awards" which are the same degrees and diplomas for no work at all. Honorary Doctorates are offered free, but there is a $100 engraving charge. "Professor Emeritas"[sic] status costs another $100. One flyer admits Sussex is not "accrediated" [sic] but goes on to say that "No student who has taken our courses and awards have to date had problems." This statement would not be accepted by, among many others, a former high-level state official in Colorado who lost his job when the source of his Doctorate was discovered. Sussex continues to advertise extensively in newspapers and magazines in the U.S. and worldwide. In 1988, a new British law came into effect, forbidding such "schools" to accept students who enrolled after May 1st. Sussex's solution to this minor annoyance was to offer to back-date all applications to April 30th, 1988 - a creative response that British law apparently hasn't caught up with yet."

I think I'll spend my $200 and get ma a few degrees

this isn't a diet at all. it's called eating according to our species biological design. we are part of the primate family. primates are fruigivores  by nature. that means predominately fruit eating species! notice he doesn't even talk much about veggies. that's because humans don't digest them well, it doesn't fit our biological design. humans are not herbivores! you speak of fructose as if it's a disaccharide, and there's a major difference there. there's been so much mis-info on fructose. i've heard of thousands and thousands of testimonials of people getting off their diabetes meds in record time by adopting a fructose diet!

degrees don't mean jack shit! and that's actually the main problem with people the days. we a taught to put way too much vale on intellectualism! intellectualism doesn't cure anything! dr. morse found has over the years that the more simple he took things the more results he got. medical doctors are intellectuals and they can't "cure" anything. this has actually been discussed on his videos a few times. modern medicine is symptom suppression at best and never ever treats the underlying cause. robert  does not promote supplements of any kind! he will even tell you that they are crap. it's simply fresh high water fruit, whole herbs and rest. what does an animal do when it's sick? it nibbles on a few wild plants and then goes and rests, essentially fasting. a week or so later it gets up shakes itself off and goes about it's life just fine.

one of the best things dr. morse has going for him is that he didn't get bogged down by intellectualism!

and dialysis...omg...that's an extremely toxic procedure! people generally loose whatever last bit of kidney filtration they had left from that. if people didn't eat so much damn nitrogen from animal protein, you wouldn't even be talking about that dialysis.

Auto-Summary
Recent research disproves the theory that meat consumption led to human brain evolution. Instead, new evidence suggests a symbiotic relationship with fruit played a significant role in brain development. Fruit contains complex biochemistry and transcription factors that alter DNA reading, leading to a more complex nervous system and brain. This symbiosis has been ongoing for millions of years, with the brain currently shrinking despite increased meat consumption. The pineal gland, located on the right side of the brain, is also affected by these changes. The author recommends reading a book on the topic and experimenting with techniques mentioned to understand the implications better.

recent research is disproving this entirely!

that first book i listed above has the link right there. and new research regarding our past symbiosis with fruit and brain development.

does it really make sense that our extremely complex neurological systems were developed on dead tissue? i hope you realize that fruit contains some of the most complex biochemistry on the planet. fruit has extremely high neurological properties. not to mention that it changes the way DNA is read. my mind is so much sharper on fruit, and my personal experience backs up tony wright 100%.

i ask you, if meat grew our brains so large, then why does all science agree that the human brain has been SHRINKING! we are currently eating more meat than ever before! also the left hemisphere is dominating over the right. if anybody here gives a shit about their pineal gland, keep in mind that it's located on the right!

The thing that has been overlooked is how alterations in the mechanisms that read DNA can be passed down from generation to generation. The standard model of evolution only focuses on mutations in the DNA that occassionally allow a species some new beneficial trait which helps then survive better in the environment.

Our endocrine system is an extremely complex network that produces hormones involved in reading the DNA through a process called transcription. DNA is merely the blue print. If you introduce an entirely different reading mechanism (transcription chemicals) then what is built will change because the DNA is being read differently.

In the past when we lived in the rainforest we ate a lot of fruit. We think of this as just another mundane food but fruit has the most complex biochemistry out of any other plant on earth, and we were consuming large amounts of it and many different species at once. Some of these fruits have over 10,000 different chemicals in one piece... all of which are transcription factors involved in reading the DNA or directly modifying our endocrine glands (like the pineal) which pump more of these chemicals that read the DNA. Fruit is also loaded with MAOI, things that stimulate neural activity, the pineal gland, melatonin production, the immune system, etc etc.

Basically our nervous system and brain (which is the most complex and chemically sensitive thing in the known universe) was being flooded with the most complex biochemistry on the planet for millions of years. This chemistry drastically alters how the DNA is read, and how the brain and endocrine system are built. Along with the activity of things like testosterone, inhibiting its affect which prolongs the juvenile period and thus the time for brain development. Longer juvenile periods = more brain development. Any wonder puberty is occurring at an increasingly alarming early age?

The mechanism is simple but has many interconnected factors. The fact that is crucial though is that these chemicals were flooding the womb at the most critical stage of neural development. They were altering how the feutus developed which would have lifelong affects, and regulate how the pineal/endocrine system developed as well. So each generation would have a progressively modified developmental environment.

After millions of years of ever more entangled symbiosis we were forced out of the jungles either by drying of the forests or other cataclysms. We began living on a survival diet that met our energy requirements but could not maintain the neural structures and traits that had developed via the symbiosis. We started reverting back to the more primitive regime of chemicals/brain structure, and one hemisphere of the brain degenerated more quickly because it has a greater sensitivity to the very steroids the pineal/fruit chemicals were inhibiting for millions of years.

This loss of biochemistry was compounded by chemicals in meat and other foods that have the exact opposite affect of the complex fruit biochemistry on our nervous system. The increase our amounts of the very steroids that were being inhibited for millions of years.

It sounds complex but at its basis its very simple engineering principles: if you change the fuel and building materials of a technology (in this case the unimaginably sensitive and complex human brain), then the overall functioning of that technology will change. This is true for any of our technologies but for some reason we haven't applied this logic to the most important and complex one: us.

This is just a brief overview but the evidence for this scenario is vast and branches into many many areas. Just read the book and experiment with techniques it hints at and it WILL become self-evident.

Recent research disproves the theory that meat consumption was necessary for human brain evolution. New evidence suggests that humans have a symbiotic relationship with fruit, which contains complex biochemistry that influences brain development and endocrine system function. This symbiosis may have contributed to the evolution of the human brain and the development of our complex neurological systems. The author provides a free PDF of a book presenting this updated theory and encourages readers to experiment with techniques mentioned in the book.

The post argues that the fruit diet is not a healthy or sustainable way to eat, as it lacks essential nutrients and can lead to serious health issues such as malnutrition, tooth loss, and kidney failure. The post criticizes the person promoting the diet, Dr. Robert Morse, for lacking legitimate degrees and promoting supplements. It also cites historical examples of fruitarian diets failing and compares the health of those who ate a balanced diet with those who followed a fruit-based diet. The post concludes by stating that there is little scientific evidence supporting the fruit diet as a healthy lifestyle.

absolutely incorrect,  all of the great apes eat meat, humans moreso than
chimps and gorillas. a diet, that's what you consume, a fad diet, that's
what loads of people suddenly try and typically based on bad advice. in
early humans we ate predominantly meat, we foraged for nuts and berries and
some plant materials but because this was sometimes fatal it wasnt done
frequently since animals were abundant and human intelligence was growing by
leaps and bounds

of course you dont have to believe the 'intellectuals' since they went to
school, got legitimate degrees and then dedicated years to studying what's
actual scientific evidence and not based on circumstantial evidence such as
how good you feel or what you want to believe

dr. morse found has over the years that the more simple he took things the more results he got. medical doctors are intellectuals and they can't "cure" anything. this has actually been discussed on his videos a few times. modern medicine is symptom suppression at best and never ever treats the underlying cause.

Robert Morse isnt a doctor, he's a degree mill fraud, you say degrees dont
mean shit but you refer to this fraud as a Doctor, you say doctors cant cure
anything and yet other than a couple of pieces of anecdotal evidence where
you tell us how someone feels better because they eat a fruit diet, which
doesnt prove anything but that they're on a sugar rush, you've not shown
anything proving that a fruit diet does anything.

let's examinie the viability of the fruit diet, Arnold Ehret couldnt test
the long term viability of a fruit diet and why is that? because Ehret died
after falling down, not down a flight of stairs or from a ladder, he just
fell and died, the cause was that his bones were too brittle and when he
struck his head it broke his skull and that's because he wasnt getting a
suitable amount of calcium... or we can use the alternative, he had a heart
attack and fell, cracking his skull because he had brittle bones. either way
it's strong evidence from the fruitarian diet creator that the diet is bunk

doctor back in the 70s tried this fruit diet as have a few vegan friends of
mine, all 3 report the same thing, it's an all sugar diet that will cause
you to loose your teeth. seriously, one lost about 4 teeth before he found
out why. they weren't rotting, they were getting loose and falling out

Quote:
robert  does not promote supplements of any kind!

Robert Morse doesnt promote healthy eating, he promotes a crackpot diet and
pushes it with fancy sounding degrees from a degree mill and why does he do
that, because degrees are important when you're trying to impress on people
that you know what you're talking about. would you go to a car salesman for
legal advice? would you go to a rock musician to learn about astrophysics?
Why would you go to a high school drop out that spent about $1500 to call
himself a doctor... is it because he wrote a book? is it because he really
does push supplements but doesnt call it that, have you tried his Indian
Root pills? they're a supplement, he calls it an herbal supplement and just
where does any other supplement get the bulk of it's ingredients?

supplements, directly from his website
http://drmorsesherbalhealthclub.com/shop/index.php/chinese-herbs.html

one of the best things dr. morse has going for him is that he didn't get bogged down by intellectualism!

no, he puts up the pretense of being a doctor, I can become a doctor of
neuropathy by simple flying to las vegas, paying $675 and taking a test, no
need to be intelligent, it's an open book test, fr an extra $100 they mail
it to my local library and I take the test there and then I can call myself
a doctor of neuropathy as well. BTW, it's quack medicine

so what you're saying is that if we eat flesh our kidneys will fail? clearly
those on dialysis have suffered renal failure, it's not the dialysis that
causes it. My great grandmother ate for breakfast and lunch, biscuits an
bacon, she'd pour the bacon grease over the biscuits (that surely couldnt be
healthy), for dinner she'd have pork, squirrel or rabbit, she didnt touch
beef or fish because she grew up on the chisholm trail and saw a lot of
cattle slaughtered, she did keep a cow but it was strictly milk. she died at
94, she was in perfect health. my great aunt and her husband, they passed
away at 101 and 99 respectively, they ate the same sort of diet but did
include beef. they even smoked and drank. all this back in the day where
lard and tallow were common fats for cooking now surely in 100 years of
eating a diet like that their kidneys would have failed?

what's the average lifespan of a fruitarian or a raw vegan?
how much do they have to eat per day?

the answer... no one knows because they all give up the diet when their health starts failing or they otherwise learn how poor a diet it is
http://www.diet.com/g/fruitarian-diet

Quote:
Risks

There are many risks associated with a fruitarian diet and the risks grow as the degree of fruitarianism increases. That is, a person whose diet is 75% fruit is likely to have more health issues that a person on a diet consisting of 50% fruit. There are serious risks associated with the diet for diabetics, since fruit has a high sugar content. People with diabetes and insulin resistance syndrome should not go on an all-fruit diet. There are also the risks of serious nutritional deficiencies, including vitamin B12, calcium, iron, zinc,.omega-3 and omega-6 amino acids, and protein. There is also the risk of severe weight loss, which can lead to anorexia and other health problems.

In 2001, a husband and wife from Surrey, England, were convicted of child cruelty in the death of their nine-year-old daughter. A pediatrician had testified in court that the infant, who died from a chest infection caused by malnutrition, was not developing properly because the mother’s breast milk was nutritionally deficient. The couple ate a diet of only raw vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
Research and general acceptance

There is little, if any, scientific research that supports fruitarianism as a healthy lifestyle, especially over the long-term, unless foods such as beans, green vegetables, soy, and whole grains are included in the diet. However, there is much scientific documentation on the benefits of a vegetarian diet. There is general and widespread disapproval of an all-fruit diet by the medical, scientific, fitness, and vegetarian communities. Many people experience positive results after initially going on a fruitarian diet but over time develop health problems, including emaciation, constant hunger, weakness, and fatigue

I don't see myself as a "Vegan elitist" in slightest bit.  I just decided one day that I wanted to eat healthier to be healthier.  Heart disease runs in my family and my father had problems when he was young.  I want to do whatever I can to take care of myself since no one else in my family really took good care of their health when it came to food and diet.  I want to live a long time to see my son grow up.  I want to be healthy when I am old and able to walk around and enjoy life instead of relying on a walker or wheelchair.

I don't make fun of people that eat burgers and pizza.  I was once there.  Just because I changed to Raw Veganism doesn't mean that I started hating all of the foods that I loved.  I just want to eat and be healthy and I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

what's your food consumption on an average day or 2 like? like types of foods and how much, etc? and how long have u been a raw vegan

On an average day, I'll eat something like 4-8 bananas and apples(either as is or in banana chocolate pudding), 1 or 2 large portions of guacamole (about 1.25 - 1.5 cups), some some hummus (either garbanzos or zucchini, but zucchini is my new fave) with a half of large cucumber (about 4" portion of 8"), couple handfuls of nuts, and some other whole fruits like watermelon, mango, kiwi, and other berries.

I also eat dried fruits that were dehydrated at 118F degrees or less.  I consume anywhere from 1800-3000 calories a day depending on my level of activity.

If I am juicing, I will go through about 8-12 pounds of produce in about 2-3 days.  I only purchase what I can carry home with me on my bike.

I have been raw vegan for nearly 3 months.

Doesn't seem like a very balanced diet, as you have slim to no protein.

EDIT:

Pris already started picking this apart, just ignore me.

The human body is designed to consume meat. If it wasn't for meat our brains wouldn't have evolved.

recent research is disproving this entirely!

link us to that research from an accredited and respected scientific source

I linked in a previous post that man has been eating meat since the dawn of
man, 3.5 million years ago, more than 100,000 generations of man, I also
linked to higher primates being omnivorous. it already seems like this so
called recent research is erroneous

that's what these fad diets are all about, why else would someone need a
degree mill to call themselves a doctor, so they can earn money, then toss
together a bunch of herbs and tell people they arent a supplement even though
it says they are right on the label and because you dont want to run afoul
with the FDA you cant claim they provide any benefit at all because well, they
dont... and then at $15/bottle you can retire a wealthy man on the backs of
the gullible

The truth is fruit may contain 2' methoxylated microRNAs that survive acidic hydrolysis in the stomach, enter your bloodstream and up the liver through your portal vein.

Once in the liver they can do all sorts of crazy shit. For example the thermostable rice microRNA mIR168a downregulates the levels of the low density lipoprotein receptor adaptor protein 1 (LDLRAP1) messenger RNA leading to low LDLRAP1 levels. This has been shown to elevate the plasma LDL levels which basically means lots of bad cholesterol floating around in your blood.

This explains why asian women suffer from metabolic disorders. Rice predominates in their diet.

Legit peer-reviewed research: http://www.nature.com/cr/journal/v22/n1/full/cr2011158a.html

So back off with your hippie nonsense about fruit and provide some real life evidence :cigar:
