yes you should have kept the casing in the dark before you put it into your terrium. You mentioned a bread container, does it have an airtight lid?? I always try and let my mycellium se as little light as possible. My casing trays are air tight and I keep the lid on for approx 4-5 days per half inch of casing. I then remove the lid and place in me growing chamber. This serves two purposes: 1. it keeps the CO2 level high durring case running and it blocks light out (you might also consider keeping your casings in a warmer environment durring case running) This way when you place you tray into you fuiting chamber it knows it is ready to fruit because all of the biological factors are trigered 1 CO2 drop 2 light influence 3 lower temp. I hope this is some help to you.

thanks vts1134, i dont think its too late, i still can cover them and put them back for a few more days,its only been two days. the bread tin is 4 by 8 inches, i use suranwrap to cover it, then a layer of foil to keep out the light. thanks for the help, any more be appreciated.
