Before I was ever introduced to drugs, Counter Strike was my number one addiction. I played the game right from the very first beta release right up until 1.6. It was everything I could have asked for an FPS. I never made the transition over to CS:S since it never looked any where near as impressive.

Does anyone remember the old bunny hoping days before they released a new release and it all came to end? Those were the days! Bouncing around, getting from one side of the map to another in no time at all. What about the old Colt M4 when you were able to zoom?

It really is scary to think back of how long ago that was game was released. From time to time, I'll bounce on an old server but it's not the game it was.. unfortunately. Saying that though, I cannot fucking wait for the new Counter Strike release their going to be bringing out.

Awww.... those were the days!

Yeah totally, man. All the CS mods were the shit once the actual game got old. My little brother played those hop maps all the time, he eventually got really good it was actually pretty cool to watch. I always sucked at it though.

Surf maps, gun game, soccerjam, they were all great.

You can still "bhop" these days.  They just require good server settings.  At least on source?  It's the only thing I'll do on CS:S nowadays though, people on actual team games are just too random.
