Can anyone suggest a cheap, but still decent dehydrator? (Not for mushrooms, of course.)

If you have a 2nd hand store in your area look there...Places like Value Village, the Goodwill, Salvation Army.....etc. etc.

I have found several American Harvest Snackmaster food dehydrators for less than $7.99...and they were all like new.

These go for around $70.00 brand new.

i saw one at walmart yesterday.... 19.99 forget the braqnd and such... pretty much all walmarts are setup the same for the most part.... should be on an end-cap in the kitchens area

I can speak for the American Harvest brand...I love mine.  :smile:  I didn't pay $70 for it...think it was only $40 or $50...either way...first use paid for itself.  :smile:
