yeah but at the same time, i see it as the same thing as me being hungover or something. i'll just snap at things that normally wouldn't irritate me in the slightest. it's not a concious decision for me to think " ok, i'm going to snap at this " , it just happens :shrug:

And that is exactly what it is.

The trick is not thinking exactly like that, but training yourself to recognize the fact that something will probably set you off. It's kind of akin to soldiers being trained against trigger happiness. Its realising the second you start feeling irked, you back off.
