Actually it is...

Person intent on shooting people in schools (PIOSPIS):
1. Gets up.
2. Takes a dump, showers, brushes his teeth, combs hair.
3. Loads guns.
4. Drives to local school intent on killing as many as possible.
5. Walks to school entrance.
6. Sees "No Guns" sign.

7. Thinks CRAP!, turns around and goes home.
or
7. Thinks SWEET!, no-one can stop me now and goes inside with guns blazing.

Which #7 do you think is more likely? Why would someone planning to kill be worried about a "no guns on campus" law?

And how do you think he would've gotten his gun in the first place if it wasn't available to everyone ? And don't tell me "through gangs/black market" because where I live (and that works for pretty much every european country) it's extremly complicated to buy a firearm illegally.

I'm not gonna start debating about this on the Shroomery though because I know how it always ends :rofl2:
