do you have the neem oil already?  if so i guess use it...you should mix it up in a blender with water and a drop of soap.  a pump sprayer works best...and continuoously shake it to keep it mixed up while youre spraying.   

its super oily though...makes the plants shine real nice...but i personally haavent used it on flowering plants.  something about coating the buds in oil doesnt seem like the best idea to me.

i just checked on amazon and $19.80 with free shipping i think was the cheapest i could find for the azamax.  its a concentrate...treat it the same as the neem...minus the blender.  water and a drop of soap. 


whatever you do...do it every three days...actually...what woul,d be best would be azamax the first day...the pyrethrin spray the next time...then azamax, etc.  back and forth.  mites become immune to shit like the above poster said.  so mixing it up between two or more products is going to be your best bet.
