My laptop is gonna die in a little bit since I didn't bring a charger, but I would change the color of her eyes to a shade of brown.

Also adjust the hue of the highlights to make it more convincing.

Keep playing around with that program long enough and you'll be great with it. I never had a job involving graphic design, but I have had photoshop for about 10 years.
