Need an adjustable BPM 'beep' urgently

Hey all,
I am currently doing some experiments on time perception. (I like to play with noise/sound and fuck with peoples perceptions - so I want to find out some info)
What I do is I get the subject to sit in a quiet room and close there eyes, and from the time I say 'go', to estimate as best they can when a minute has passed.
Then, I get them to stare at the computer screen which I have flashing at various frames per minute, and repeat the process, recording how long they perceived a minute to be with the different speeds of flashing.
The third part of my trials is to do the same as the screen, except with a 'beep' sound going at various beats per minute, while they have there eyes closed.

So, what I need is a program which I can download and that I can set the BPM of just a simple, standard 'beep' sound. I know there has to be some program like this somewhere, but I can't find one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a collection of metronomes for use by musicians. They produce a click or tone that you can vary the rate of. One or more of them may work out for you.
