Almost every company I know of drug tests pre-employment, but I've never been tested while employed - Though companies have every right to do this, too. It seems better to assume you will be drug tested before employment.

Being positive is the cure for most things in life..except HIV.

If it comes back positive, for drugs swear up and down you've never done drugs (helps if you don't look or talk like a drug user.. I hate to profile but you know the type...) and plead/ask for another test to be administered. Just don't smoke until after that second test and you're good to go.

Assuming the tests are being professionally done in a lab, with a couple days/weeks until results are received. If it's a home test I wouldn't worry altogether. they're bloody inaccurate from what I hear.

Then again I'm pretty ignorant of drug tests.. They don't do that in Canada unless you've got a really important job. (surgeon,police officer,csis ect..)

edit: how the shit did I miss oral swabs.. You should be fine bro. For shits and giggles though, you should do every single drug you have access to, just to fuck up their tests.. might get a good laugh.

All you can do is:

Drink about 2 small bottles of water with Emergen-c packets in them or take a multi vitamin supplement. Drink the fluids 30mins-45 mins before you go in. Don't use the first part of your stream. Hold your urine as long as you can if you feel like you have to pee before the test.

Vitamins and color will keep it from looking dilute.

Starbucks sells caffeine which is a drug, yet they are going to drug test you, what if you have like 10 times the normal amount of caffeine in your system? Could you fail the drug test from drinking too much Starbucks coffee?

But check it out, it's simple as this:  Get a friends clean urine.  I know you can do that if it matters enough to you.  Then you take a White Owl or similar cigar tube.  The pee goes in there.  Cap it.  This gets strapped to your leg (tape or tape it to your boxers or something) with handwarmers around it.  This will keep the temp up.

Stroll in.  You're not going to be watched so just pull it out of its little holster, dump it into the cup, then take a piss so they hear something going on and don't get suspicious on you.  Boom.

THC is no longer an issue since the oral swab test is on monday. I'm just worried about the kpins I've been taking the past week and if 5 days is long enough for them to become undetectable.

I read benzos last up to a week for swab tests? I just want to be prepared. If I fail the test for benzos, should I say I was prescribed them (I was a few years back lol)?
