Taking drugs is quite fun, especially DMT. Yet, humans don't need to ingest chemicals in order for their brains to answer life's problems. My conscious speaks to me, not mushroom gods. My conscious tells me what is right and wrong, and what path to choose. It is me. It is not the mushroom mycelium that is telling me how to fight my battles and conquer my fears. When you eat psychedelic mushrooms your sarotonin receptor sites are bombarded with psilocin, which causes many fun things to happen including a large amount of dopamine flowing through your brain. This inflates one's self-worth beyond imagination. Nothing otherworldly is taking place, It's all chemically induced.

You guys don't give yourselves enough credit if you believe that psychedelics are going to unlock the secrets to help you understand the universe. But, I understand. I think we all go through the phase that you guys are currently going through right now with mushrooms. It will pass when you realize that behind all of those mushroom-induced theories was just little ol' you, the whole time. It was you, not the little mushroom elves.

I understand where you are coming from. I apologize if i came off a little too hard, part of my own problem is the frustration that people use mushrooms as a drug, therefore continuing the governments ability to use excuses to keep things illegal. (federal analog act comes to mind). I for a fact know I'm far from right about a lot of things but faith is important to me. Maybe god is the part of our brains we are unable to use and psilocybin unlocks certain parts of that locked brain. I kinda wrote that response hastily and im sorry. I owe all of the shroomery members a debt of gratitude. I literally would probably we dead if I hadn't talked with people here for around 10 years now. Its made me realize things about myself that I for some reason couldn't get myself to realize. ANYWAY, we all have our own beliefs and thats how it should stay otherwise we might as well be robots conformists. Stay happy, enjoy life and most of all, be yourself.
