I used it for about 3 months early last year.

Played the games until I beat them or got tired of clicking.

Got paranoid it is all just a scam to make other people money,  realized I didn't really want to be to connected to a bunch of people all the time.

I ended up changing my name to something like Bob Jones since I couldn't delete everything.

i dont see why anyone wouldnt unless you're a fucking hermit or have absolutely zero friends.

i dont post anything on my own wall or on other peoples walls but i still find uses for it.

if i get on for half a second and someone is on that i need to talk to then i can shoot em a few messages real quick. or if im going back up to NJ for the holidays to visit my mom i can give my friends in that area a heads up so we can hang out.

or if you miss a class and you know someone in your class but you dont know them or hang out with them then you can look em up and ask for a brief overview of whatever you missed or whatever was assigned.

theres no drawbacks to it unless youre really dumb and blatantly post illegal shit.

Had it from '04 until around '07.

I signed up because it was a new thing for college students to mess around on.  I left when everyone else was allowed to join.

I call or visit my friends.  Email works for contacting classmates and everything else.

I had a facebook for about 3 months once, and then I deleted it.  My anger levels dropped considerably after that.  I prefer using a phone, its more personal.  I don't want people to be looking at photos of me and info about me, it makes me feel like a douche.
