Why did they topple them? I'd be against spying on Iran except they are developing nuclear energy/weapons, and who cares if we topple a threatening group that opposes us. Do you think they would accept you as a brother? You are the naive one. Do you think a nuclear warhead can distinguish between military and civilian targets? We can.

What is your point?  The CIA is a civilian organization.  Just because they are influenced by government agencies, doesn't mean they are a government entity.

I think we really need to work on being less abrasive when arguing our points of view in this discussion and in the site as a whole.

Once a discussion takes this tone, someone changing their minds about anything or learning anything (already unlikely) becomes flat out impossible.

The CIA has been doing this kind of thing since it was called the OSS.  It got its hands all over South America, the Middle East, etc etc.

i dont think the 12 people they arrested are american cia, probably 12 foreigners that iran wants to use as propaganda to keep their citizens under control.
if something like this was credible it would have atleast been reported by a mainstream news source.
