would this design work? flow hood...

I searched on flowhood and came up with a post on how to make a cheap-ass one... using the a/c as a blower and running a dryer duct from there into a plexiglass box, with a hepa filter over the dryer duct where it goes into the box. so would that actually work? then I was thinking just to elaborate on it a bit, have some kind of door with weatherstripping on it or something (so when you close it it will have a nice airtight seal or whatever) to put things into the 'hood, and then on another side have two holes cut in for gloves that are glued and then put some silicon sealant just to make sure no other air gets in.

whaddya think?

that would be more of a positive pressure glove box...but, yes, it could work in the principal....you'll need atleast 75cfm flowing through the filter and it and the rest of the box has to be sealed, with the correct pressure and proper sealing, you need no holes, an open end will be fine....
