Flow hood design for your approval

I have seen the need for a flow hood while working with grain masters. I came up with this plan by looking into the available crud laying around my workshop. What do ya think?

The overall dimensions of the box will be ~16? deep x 24? wide x 19? high. The Hepa filters that are in my price range seem to be cylindrical in shape so I am going to do away with a pre filter. But I will be using a standard a/c filter to distribute the air flow in the hood. I don?t know if this is necessary or even smart but I think the power of this blower will make life difficult if I don?t break up the direct flow somehow.
Any comments would be appreciated before I waste my time & money building.

The filters are the wrong way around. The sequence is: prefilter - blower - hepa filter

Is a prefilter needed? If so do you have any ideas for me? Maybe a larger cylindical prefilter over the Hepa.

Without a prefilter the life span of the hepa filter is shortened dramatically.

So I will need to work that out. Thanks for the help!
I was actually hoping to find the Hepa filter in a rectangular shape, perhaps I will keep looking for that.
