What's one thing you don't take for granted?
    #15284792 -

I thought this post could be a good reminder to everybody just how special some things are, and to not forget that. We've all had moments in life where, even if we try not to, or be as optimistic as possible, we take something in our lives, be it a person, a trait, an attribute, for granted. This thread is meant to be a reminder.

One thing I don't take for granted is the ability of putting my thoughts down into words. Countless times I've heard people say how they can't do this, so I don't take it for granted.

Also, after trying to come here a couple weeks ago, and the site was down, I realised I had been taking The Shroomery for granted.. not anymore.

Life man. Ive had a shitty and great one. In the end, once I let go of the past, the regrets, the guilt, and the Romanticism, i was ready to really start living. Now Every day is a good day, even when they are bad.

My wife.

I don't know what I'd do if I ever lost her.

I love her to bits.

everything is a good one. but if i had to be more specific, it'd be either..

1.) both my parents were utterly committed to having a family and we're well prepared for it.Basically they very content with sacrificing their future financial status and the majority of their vacations (you know, all those things that change when you have kids). This made childhood very very nice for my whole family.

or

2.) that they put away money for my education. I don't have a trust fund to live off of and go and take money for weed/pizza from, but I do have enough put away by them to get me through community college and almost all the way through my BS. I live at home now, just eat homemade dinners and homemade meals, land i live very minimally. I don't have a job and I'm able to fully concentrate on school because they put this money away for me.
