What do you mean by "lots of growth?" After I birth cakes into a terrarium, the ONLY growth is fruits.. huh?

If you mean lots of mycelial growth and no fruits it could be a number of problems. What temp are you fruiting under. Sometimes if the temperature is too high (80-90) only mycelium will grow. Try lowering the temp. What strain is it? Is your humidity adequate? Cakes require humidity at least in the upper 90's. If you don't have an acurate hygrometer, what do the walls of your terrarium look like? They should be pretty heavy with condensation.
When you have a question like this you should post all your growing conditions: temperature, humidity method(and levels if you know), substrate mixture, strain of cubensis, the tek you are using, and anything else that we may need to know.

perlite method, heavy condensation

florescent light.

cambodia strain

lots of mold growth. columns of mold, ect.

bird seed and rice cakes

took out of jar as soon as surface of cake was covered.
