they appear to just be beating random people driving by and from the osunds of it mighta hurt that guys car.  The guy in the car was nicer than i woulda been once i saw someone jump on my hood.  0-60 in under 4 seconds, slam on the brakes and that fuck would hit the building in front of where i stop.  The cops woulda had that on video too which is more than enough legal right to do so. 

I can't stand random violence like that.
