What should I do with it first? If I reset it, does it mess it up because its unlocked?

Also, im having problems syncing it to itunes

I am pretty sure if you reset it, it will go back to factory, meaning you have to jail break it again.
They are pretty easy to jailbreak. But then again my only experience is with the 1st gen ipod.

Hit up some torrents and download some apps and games.
Get starwalk, it neat at night.

Thanks ill try that. Im having a problem right now, I connect it to my computer and it says its syncing, it then asks me if I want to update and when I click download and update. The iphone gets out of the sync screen and itunes freezes
