Sempervivum/Hen&Chicks ID request + Help?

I'm very new to raising cacti and succulents, and I've purchased a Sempervivum sp. at a local nursery a few months back. It was a very dark purple-red that receded to green. But after a few months of care, it lost most of its purple-red color. :/ Is it due to care? I have it in the same pot as three other cacti, an aloe plant and an unknown succulent( I've been meaning to repot them all in separate containers. D: ). And I water them every other week.


Here you can see the little remnants of color.

That doesn't look like the hens and chicks I've seen, but maybe it's not getting sufficient lighting.

If you fail, don't look at it as you didn't succeed, look at it as you would a rock face you're trying to climb. Stand back, wayyyy back, and look at it and plot another path. I'm going to say not enough light.  Do you have them indoors?  The new groth looks a lot lighter in color and like it's starting to stretch.  Sempervivums are weedy little things so don't be afraid to let 'em get blasted a bit in the sun.  I have some in a styrofoam cup from 3-4 years ago sitting outside that I haven't done anything to and they grow well haha.  GL

I'm bumping this to see if anyone can specifically ID mine.
Also how long till these buds bloom?
It has had these closed buds for nearly 2 weeks.
I've read that once it blooms and fades it dies. Just toss that hen/chick?
Any insight is appreciated.
