Spectacular! Good show man!

One thing though, I've heard a lot of talk in here that those digital humidity/temp readers are not as reliable as analog ones.

Something about the components inside rusting or something. :redface:

Nice looking terranium setup. I love seeing setups like that when ppl take the time to get creative and give their mushrooms a real nice home, shows some true passion for our friends.

As for the digital gauge, that is the model from Radio Shack, and they work great. I've been using the same one for about 18 months, and through all the humidity, and even neglecting and leaving it outdoors in extreme 110+f heat in the summer... it still works great. $25 well spent.

Nice setup dude, I especially like that nice white grill, I gotta get something like that, all I got is some wire mesh I bought from ACE Hardware.

I dont know about the perlite, its not real wet at all, i know its not suppose to be sloppy wet, but the humidity is staying between 89 and 90% , even after i mist the shit out of it, maybe this guage is off, but i dont know ive got the airpump running, i dont know if its good to leave it on all the time, ive been letting it run than turn it back on every couple hours, Maybe i didnt get the perlite wet enough when i put the cakes in , i may need to set some bricks on top to make sure the top is on tight.
