Lets be honest.....any member of this forum at one time or another may need a little help grasping his sanity at one time or another.

So whats your secret? What keeps you balanced, fairly happy, and a sane functioning human as we ride the journey of life :onfire:

Pot? Family? Friends? Chamomile? Shrooms? Church? Temple? Running? etc.???!!!!

knowing that if I lose it my parents will take my pets to animal control, yoga and shrooms (in that order)

I don't feel out of control that much. Mentally, I rarely struggle to stay "sane"...my mind keeps me sane.
