Filet mignon wrapped in bacon...:drooling:

I went to Flemmings a few weeks ago and got a bone-in ribeye and it was delicious too.

You know something's good when you're on Adderall and still have to stop surfing to go get food because the picture made you hungry.

Best dish I've ever tasted would have to be skirt steak tacos at a 4th of July family gathering. You just can't beat those tried and true family recipes.

Twas bomb as fuck, especially after smoking a doob the size of my pinky with 2 of my cousins.

It's not because it's calf that it's frowned upon.

If given the opportunity, I'll harvest a yearling deer before a mature one because they taste better

VEAL is calf that more than likely was unable to ever stand in its life. They're bottle fed, and kept on a rope so short that they can't move more than a couple feet.

That's why the meat's so tender

and the milkfat from the bottle feeding makes it tasty.

that sounds like a cushy gig    :zoidberg:

I'm sure that's what the calves think

Aberdene Angus Beef

Fillet cut aged 28 days for flavour is the best cut of steak ive had in my life and i have tried every type of steak i can buy in the UK many times, i also lived in the US of A as a teen and had the Wallmart steaks you speak of, they were huge and grisley mostly sirloin, ribeye amd t-bones but they were all like horse meat compared with Aberdene Angus Fillet, infact any of the 28 days matured cuts from the Angus are amazing IMO

I could have it just like this with nothing else

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

I'm going to the grocery store to buy meat right now due to this thread.

Got a brand new, full tank of propane to go with my new used grill I bought for a cigarette.

I am planning cooking a filet steak pie soon i just need a few more ingredients, i will pan sear the fillet until rare then encase it in shortcrust pasty but before hand crimping the top of the pie closed i will cover in caramelised shallots which were slow fried in the juices left by the steak, when the pie is cooked the steak is medium rare and i am going to have it with mustard seed mashed potatoe and  steamed baby vegetables with onion gravy
