I'm afraid of witnessing a horrible and gory death like someone being shot in the face and being traumatized for the rest of my life  :runaway:

to be perfectly honest and i know its sounds kinda dumb..
but ending up like my parents.they were both meth addicts and did drugs most of my childhood i am still getting pot for my dad to this day. they were broke, always moving from one shit hole to the next and well i just dont want to be like that, and even though i am making steps to not be like that i have this fear that i will no matter what i do. at what point to you stop drinking and doing drugs? i believe its when you have children but i don't know this is something that i have been thinking about a lot lately, at what point do you stop doing drugs and start to be more responsible?:strokebeard:

you're supposed to be responsible and do drugs...it's not that hard

i guess i may just be too crazy within my own thoughts balance is key to life..
also i think i may have to agree with whoever said being raped by a grizzly wearing rollerskates is pretty fucking scary lol

Yeah that's a shitty thought. I always figured if there is a God who made us the way we are, with the free will to think the way we do, why would he punish us for it? Doesn't make sense to me.

Dying in my sleep is my greatest fear because I feel that would cheat my conscious mind from being able to anticipate and experience the death process which I hope will be the ultimate thrill.

well I guess what terrifies me is being a feeble old man who can barely talk, walk or do much of anything on my own.

Hunter S. Thompson had those same fears but he handled that shit and I will do the same if it ever gets to that point.

Becoming worthless to society. Via severe disfigurement or simply becoming old and getting the ailments that come with it.

Followed closely by dieing and realizing that my life was entirely pointless...followed closely yet again by getting raped by a grizzly wearing rollerskates

"I have no way of knowing whether you, who eventually will read this record, like stories or not. If you do not, no doubt you have turned these pages without attention. I confess that I love them. Indeed, it often seems to me that of all the good things in the world, the only ones humanity can claim for itself are stories and music; the rest, mercy, beauty, sleep, clean water and hot food (as the Ascian would have said) are all the work of the Increate. Thus, stories are small things indeed in the scheme of the universe, but it is hard not to love best what is our own—hard for me, at least."

I wish it was easier for seniors to end their pain if they want. It shouldn't be that they gotta blow their head off in a house if they want to die. If you want to die, you should be able to die in a dignified way with a medical professional.

The thing I fear the most is loosing myself, my identity. I'm scared to loose my mind.

My grandma has schizophrenia, my brother is depressive, my mom used to be depressive...
