do it inside a glovebox.
don't know how to build one ?
a very simple one can be made with a cardboard box, some saran wrap for the window, duct tape, and some cloth for a curtain.
seal the box except for a hole in front to load the jars thru, which you hang the cloth above to cover. cut a hole above to see in and cover it with saran.
load your stuff, spray everything with lysol.
wait a couple mnutes then slide your clean hands inside and work .
avoid any sudden movements or moving air currents.
clean the room nearby.
works 98%.

Yo! I did open jars last night using methods similar to this post and the Psilly Simon 2 tek.
I pulled the print out of the bag though. Am I fucked? I had it out the entire time I innouculated 4 jars.
I didn't use a glove box. Just lysoled the air like mad. I did not let the air settle long after that.
