Looks to be Trichocereus spachianus.

They grow a little slower then San Pedro, they put on about 6-12 inches of growth a season where as San pedro can grow 12-20+ inches in a season, depending...

It's a good rootstock but tends to pup more and you need to remove these to keep the scion pumping along.

Yeah it is nice and firm looking, but not overly plump and bloated looking. Almost makes me consider getting some Trichocereus spachianus for graft stock. Nice loph for sure.
