oh yeah  - but its all being subsidized by your future earnings:  entering the workforce with tens of thousands of dollars in debt (if not hundreds, depending on what/how long you were in school for).

I did 4.5yr of undergrad, and then
2yr of grad, and now
another 1.5yr of grad

Good job OP. Now what do you plan to do? College? Work? I would suggest you take a year-long break after High School if you plan to go to college to

A) Get the stupid High School mentality out of your head (if I hadn't I'd still cut class to smoke blunts in college)

B) Actually figure out WHAT THE FUCK YOU WANT TO DO (assuming you actually want to pursue higher education) instead of being one of those kids who takes Liberal Arts and then 3-4 semesters in decides what they want to do and have to repeat the 4 years all over again.

Go celebrate :trippnballs: or whatever you youngin's do nowadays

I remember thinking graduation was a big deal, and thinking that it was such an important thing.

Years later, the only people that think high school was relevant are the people that never really did anything afterwards.

When I go home for the holidays, I'm bound to find the same circle of jocks at the local bar reminiscing: "And then I cut this way, broke a tackle and SCORED MY THIRD TOUCHDOWN!!!".

And you can't help but think, wow, that was in a highschool football game 15 years ago.

Take my advice:  Don't let highschool be the defining years of your life.  Go on to bigger things.

Youre going to like college WAYYY MORE. IMO at least, it throws all the bullshit and babysitting of highschool out the window. have fun talking bout sex, drugs, controversial political issues and the beauties and horrors of humanity with your professors. I got out last week :smile: Highschool was some of the worst years of my life, and already life feels good again:biggrin:

dude  both of those majors sound awesome. Enjoy college man, just don't get behind and dont procrastinate, it'll make everything 100x easier.

And remember college isn't about the piece of paper at the end, its about getting the most out of every class you take. Sometimes the hardest or most boring classes are the ones where you can learn and grow the most. And dont by the books until you have to, sometimes you'll by it and not really use it all semester

i never looked back at this thread..
but thanks, i'm 18 and i'm going to go to the community college around here and take art classes in the fall. all i do is make music and art so thats what i plan to do in my liffeee and other stuff.

senior year was shitty and miserable. i skipped over 90 classes out of the year,..
but ill take college seriously.
