Well if he wrote down your info or whatever before he let you go, then you should still pay. If he never turned in your stuff or whatever, there's a good chance they will just send your money back.

I would just wait. If you the ticket info is in the system they will send you mail again saying you need to pay or they will put a warrant out. The price might go up, but you can pay 10$ a month if you need to. They won't hunt you down for a 50$ no seatbelt ticket. PA doesn't even have no seatbelt tickets unless you get pulled over for something else first.
