50 gallon rubermaid

i want some senior cultivators advice on how to humidify and air exchange a terranium 50gal big. it will fit 5 casings, and i was thinking it would take 2 cool mists humidifiers to get it up to optimal settings. advice, airbublers? thanks for the time

and i gotta figure out how im goning to distribute heat too. maybe a fishtank heater, but i dont know how to rig it to a humidifier, i got a timer and digi rh/temp gauge. anyways tips would be GREATLY appritiated. syringes are on the way so im still getting the terranium ready

FUCK the airbubblers... and have you ever used an ultrasonic? Those things generate HUMIDITY - I don't have a clue how many gallons my fruiting chamber is, but it ain't small by any means, about 3x2x1 feet l/w/h... and i can only run the bastard 4 hours a day WITH a 115v 5x5 fan running through a hepa cartridge 24-7 for air exchange... I think if you go ahead and do some test runs with a single ultrasonic humidifier with an empty rubbermaid, you'll find it does great. Just make sure to get a hygrometer (remember, Oregon Scientific makes a cordless model that can take up to 3 remotes, 1 for your fruiting chamber, 1 for your incubator, and 1 for outside, for camouflaged - expensive, yes, but i think its the best thing I've purchased for my hobby yet) and only humidify just enough to keep 'er at 95% RH. Otherwise, the thing will cause massive amounts of condensation, and you'll end up with "Lake Fruitingchamber" - not cool.

thanks for the reply jon, do you have your humidifier on a timer if so how many times a day on and off? im gona measure my terranium and compare to you beacause at this point i am worried about gas exchange.

Works with casings and with cakes. Can be made with any size rubbermade.

is there a solid way of measuring gas exchange? or should i fan every X days. or X times a day
