Universalism vs. Relativism

If you're aware of it yourself, which camp do you subscribe more to, universalism or relativism?

Can someone taking the universalism view be convinced by someone taking a relativism view? Why/why not?

That's more of a side-step of the question being asked, but a clever play with the words to create somewhat of a contradiction of terms.

However, to clarify your position, assuming you have any idea of your position, do you consider what you said to be absolutely true?
