looks like it bruises too heavy to be a sub...  maybe a ovoid?  as far as i know subs grow in grass and have a margin..  those look too big also..  I wouldnt eat em unless the bruising is definitely for sure blue or it leaves a JET BLACK print..  its just not worth it really man:shrug:  what state/country or part of the country are you in?

beauties man, they look good to me . looks like they are blueing quite strong, if any are not blueing and look suspect, chuck em.
also put those stems butts onto cardboard.no point in wasteing nice mycelium.

and contrary to the above post, all Psilocybes have dark purplish brown spores.not black. so take prints, its a good habit.

subs have a JET BLACK PRINT bro..  just sayin..  if its an ovoid its a psylocybe and will have tha usual purp/brown print..  and its no use cultivating a sub really unless you just want a project..  cultivate a cube..  its much easier and much more documented..  LOL PSYLO you have LOTSA reading to do  :nono:!

I checked closely, all of them look the same specias and have signs of blueing on cap or stem,.
What's the longest you can wait before doing a spore print?

What do I do with the mycelium? I made sure not to pull most of them out of the ground but some were hard to get to, (under logs) etc.

Thanks for your knowledge guys

wtf are you talking about, like Panaeolous subbalteatus as in "subbs" which have jet black prints and wouldnt bruise this much or fucking Psilocybe subaeruginosa which is "subs" . which like every other Psilocybe has purple brown spores. a key feauture to the damb genus.
oh and ovoids which are not a ozzy mushroom have a friggin annulus which these dont.
you need to read.

Psilocybe subaeruginosa - as suggested in the thread name. You are confusing subs (Psilocybe subaeruginosa) with subbs (Panaeolus subbalteatus)

So does a spore print really need to be taken the same day as picking?
