Sometimes, shroomz will stain kinda greenish from bruising... even the mycelium will do this from time to time (instead if a blue).

But you were talking about a new, different smell in your chamber and this can be a bad sign. Without actualy seeing (from a pic) what you have, then I really can't give you a definate answer. However, if the green on the mycelium seems to be more than just a discoloration (say, it seems to have some actual body to it) then it is a good bet that you have some contamination brewing in your cake.

Be safe and toss the guys that are obviously not right and keep a close eye on the others...

The coloration from the water on the cakes could just be a bruising discoloration. If there's no growth on the fruiting one in the next couple days, I'll toss it.
However, I'm still worried about the coloration of the shrooms themselves. http://www.cia-g.com/~sietch/pic1.jpg and http://www.cia-g.com/~sietch/pic2.jpg (cia stands for community internet access, not CIA :smile:) are pictures of the drying shrooms...
They're the usual bright white on hte outside (of the stalks), but on the inside you can see the dark green coloration that is fairly solid htroughout the entire inside of the things. They weren't molested at all until they were picked (and they looked like this the moment htey were picked), so bruising seems unlikely but I could easily be misinterpretting.

They are B+ strain.
I recently sliced deeper on the cake that was growing on and everything is white up to within an inch of where that stem begins, so I'm willing to accept the bruising explanation.

totally normal for b+, there hollow and the color is from you cutting them, they turn before you can even see it. there fine, eat away.
