First fruits 1/2 tall with viel broken.... lol whoops?

Alright, so my bulk sub pinned monday, today the pins viels broke...
they are only a 1/2 tall.

Here are some pics, expect horrible quality it is from a phone. It should show still.

So, anything telling me why this happened will make me feel a lot better.

Has this ever happened to anyone before too?
my conditions are:

80-90% humid (fluctuates for evap)
70-75 F
12/12 6500k lighting
FAE fan on in window of room
fan and mist 3-6 times a day

one time when i order`d the miniature Pygmy cubes it happen`d to me, they sent me the dwarf/midget strain and as advertised they were short and small- did you get the wrong substrain?

The first flush of my first grow was just like this: veils broke at 1/2" to 3/4" on all of them. However, the fruits on subsequent flushes were bigger, including a 28 gram monster on the third flush.

Interestingly, they were also cambodians :shrug:

it is usually because moisture in the sub is too low. so after 1st flush, dunk, and if the 2nd flush is better-sized, there you have it.

I've read that substrate depth can also affect fruit size, but I've seen some posts from RR stating this is wrong. he posted a pic with a 1" sub in a qt jar with 8-12 monster fruits... :shrug:

too wet of a substrate can cause tiny mushrooms poppin their veil prematurely as well.

when i first started growing my GT's did as well, then the 2nd flush came beautiful, thick, dense and just all around beautiful looking

I like that. My first flush stalled from what i believe to be water deficentcy
So i dunked mid flush and they are growing now. So really its still the first flush going with hopefully the second right behind it without another dunk
