It was my brother's pet rabbit Louie, he was cool as shit man. Domesticated and all, lived indoors/in the small confined backyard. He knew his name and would answer when called and stuff, and just always wanted to be around people and be involved in what they were doing.

Getouttatown! Skrillex has been owning Triple J airwaves over here around now in Aus, I heard them just yesterday with listeners texting in saying they liked the song!
Funny how long it takes for this stuff to travel - you're in the US,  right?

And to whoever was dissing Skrillex, I think I see your point; he's all fanfare and ecstasy your first listen, but then the sensory overload drops off with time and subsequent listens - good music is shit that grows on you, something with a bit of depth and enigma to it with something subtly new to surprise you as you get more intimate with it.. as you,, "get it".

I'm no dubstep afficionado, but I've heard some real nice cogs grind at doofs - the genre's so hard to get into I reckon though, because there are a million artists who are doing it for the music, meaning they get their shit out there through blogs and connections I'm guessing. Or maybe it's just coz I'm a lazy fuck and would rather listen to ...Tool. ...or Warpaint.

But yeh, this particular overdone fanfare reminds me of hardstyle.

I'd almost say it reminds me of Pendulum what with it's clear-cuttedness and predictable bass, but Pendulum's got that hint of subtlety which makes him pretty good in my books.

FFTL was huge and they were touring across the country before Sonny was even 18 and when he left the band they crumbled. His solo career led to Skrillex and he blew up fast. You're right, you don't have to have musical talent to judge musicians but he hasn't made it this far by luck.
