eating question

Hey guys, I've been reading a lot of stuff, and noticed that a lot of people encounter that fuzzywhite growth. I have one cake growing, B+ strain, and one huge cap is growing. It looks fine from the top, but half way down, the normal stem changes from its wrinkled light brown texture to complete white fuzzy growth, is that bottom portion of the stem okay to eat? Is there anything I can or should do about it? Thanks a lot for the input.

Its just mycelium, you can eat it safely. It also contains some magic

Awhile, but the longer you let them sit, the more potency they lose. You could vacuum seal them and it would help.

BTW, mycelium climbin up the stem is a sign of high humidity.. just so ya know :smile: I"ve still heard there's no problem with it though.. eat it up :smile:
