pf tek needs to wait

AFOAF has a half dozen BRF jars at about 90% colonization. That individual believes they will be 100% by the end of the week at the latest. Which means that individual should wait another week before birthing/dunking/rolling and placing into a FC. However, that individual HAS to leave town for 12 days in about 2 weeks. No way out of it. do you think it'll be ok if he just waits to birth the jars for a few weeks or does he risk the jars going invitro and rotting? He says he wishes he could fruit them and then have a friend take care of/harvest the mushies for him but sadly he does not.

any suggestions?

So if I have the timeline correct, they are 90% now, and you leave for 2 weeks in about two weeks? They will probably be ready to birth right when you leave, so put them in the fridge before you leave, that should keep them and they will be ready to fruit when you return! :laugh:
