UNORTHADOX GROWING CHAMBER!

my million dollar idea!!!
Last week my frig. broke down....i bought a new one...and drug the old one to the basement...took out the compresser in the bottom & ripped out the freon tubing in the back & drilled a hole for the ulta-sonic humiditfier cord and placed the ultra-sonic on the bottom of the frig. so it blows-upward,,,then i cut a small hole out in the back for a small computer fan that i picked up at radioshack...all of which is hooked up to a timer....cleaded it out w/ bleach...put some pad locks on it... well you get the point...the kiddies are happy & thriving! you can use the freezer for the jars & the bottom for the cakes, seems to work great!!!!
      Any tips for this kind of set-up?....any comments??? :grin:

Your million dollar idea is done by many already :smile:

Refridgerator are great grow chambers.  Its easy to control the humidity and temp. and they're cheap.  You can pick up a used refrigerator for $50 around here.

Do you live in a warm enough climate to be using no means of heating your setup? Sounds like a good idea, I don't know about unorthodox.

I thought I would try to catch you in a thread that hadn't been locked. In response to the other, if you're an experienced grower, then, logically, you're an asset to this community. It usually goes on these boards that those with experience help those without. I have a great deal of respect for all the people who have helped me, and I hope that some day you will feel the same (there is sick knowledge at your fingertips).
