I would prefer decriminalization over legalization. I gotta make extra cash somehow. Big business is going to take yet another thing away from the little guy and the government will tax the shit out of us for it.

I think it will take years for big business to even consider taking on herb, but I see what you're saying. I just think it will be so much better for everyone if it were legal for them to grow their own weed, if they so choose. People being locked up for marijuana has gone on for long enough, damnit!

Prop 19 taxes would make it prohibitively expensive to actually grow pot to sell unless you were a mega corporation. Possessing untaxed cannabis would have harsher penalties than possessing non-medical cannabis does now. Prop 19 does not exempt medical users from its restrictions. ETC ETC.

Do you really think you couldn't still make extra money? There will be people that aren't able to grow or can't grow weed as good as yours, and will still come to you to buy it. If you're at your house, being responsible adults(21+), who is to know when your buddy leaves a twenty lying on the table and walks out with some of your product?
