Help Me Vote

so i got my mail in ballot yesterday, and i want some help voting..

here's what i have so far (Washington State)
yes on 872
yes on 884
no on 892
yes on referendum measure 55
yes on 297

King County

some stupid charter amendment , no
localy funded transportation plan, yes
way to pay for that, tax on anual miles

federal
president: kerry

stuff i havent got to yet
senator...
congressional district number 7 rep

I moved to a new state about a year ago and haven't bothered learning about the Senators and Representatives and shit (I still the guys in my old state though, if that counts).

I plan on voting Kerry for president and voting against all incumbents otherwise.

As far as state Constitutions, my dad always told me if you can't see why we need it, vote No.
