The whole soy boobs thing is a myth.  If it were true, then wouldn't flat girls be downing buckets of it?  Drink as you please my friend.

Soy milk is processed crap!  Only eat traditional fermented soy.  If you want to have a milk substitute buy a shit load of whole hemp seeds ($4/pound) and make hemp milk.

things SURPRISINGLY work different on males and females.. I know, hormonal systems, weird.

It LARGELY depends on personal body chemistry. But it's not a myth.

Really?  I'm a guy and I consume lots of soy products and haven't noticed any...strange growths.  Perhaps I don't eat enough or my body can handle the soy overload.

I think you shouldn't drink morer than 1 glass, or better not drinking it at all.

You weren't incorrect, it's all about personal body chemistry. But I have definitely seen training partners of mine switch to soy based protein in their diet and develop gynomastica.

but if it works for you, it works.

the only evidence I've seen of soya causing gynecomastia has been anecdotal, and as far as I'm aware it is not a problem in the far east, where soy consumption is higher.

Donno.  I don't care for the taste of soy milk, so I don't drink it.  There are other alternatives, such as rice milk (not very good either), coconut milk (very good), and hemp milk (also very good).

Misnomer.  Soy is traditionally eaten in very moderate amounts in Asian cultures and almost always in fermented forms.  They're not drinking cartons of soy milk and eating soy in everything off the shelf like it's nature's gift to humanity.
