ecstasy hangover

hey i took some 'ecstasy' last night (who knows wtf it actually was). 3 pills. i dont do it often either...

anyway basically i feel like shit,
havent slept,
cant stop grinding teeth,
mouth dry,
heart still racin,
shriveled dick,
bad headache...

is there anything i can do? is this normal (for the day after)?

If you have any benzos take them and sleep it off, doesn't sounds like you got very clean pills, my guess is speed but you could try taking some 5htp.

Yeah, you probably got some weird RC instead of MDMA. Try and get some rest and go easy on yourself for a while.

wouldnt benzos be a bad idea if it conflicts with the pill or sumthin?

If you took them together.  If it's been 6-8 hours since you dosed, benzo's should be fine, just don't overdo it.  Take a normal dose or two.

yeh i doubt it was mdma... its so fuckin hard to get. the one time i got caps was prolly one of the best moments of my life while watchin etienne de crecy.

I had a bad rolling hangover after redosing on MDA all night...LOVED the experience but I pretty much had an emotional breakdown the next morning because I felt like I wasn't sure anything would ever feel good again. 

Solution?  BANANAS.  Lots of them, at least 10.  They have tryptophan which converts to serotonin in the brain.  Really helped me out.

in fact..each of the 3 pills were prolly a different mix of RCs.. but maybe with some overlap...
