that's ridiculous. It is possible, but I grew up on videogame music and nothing has contributed to the freedom of my musical creativity quite as much

the videogame music I like is full of complex melodies and harmonies, unique instrumentation, imaginative

it's also a lot closer to either classical or jazz than those genres

well....this is a little too recent to be what I "grew up" on, but here's one of my favs

and here's a few I guess I "grew up on"

man sometimes i could swear i hear some megaman sound effects in with dubstep/electronic music when i listen to it on mushies/ :cactuar:
