so its called The Blue Kittens Journey
of course the title has nothing to do with the game but that sort of explains the game

its about this guy who decides to leave his house one day and all of a sudden is plunged into a crazy trippy journey through the wildest depths of my imagingation. the whole game is like tripping as far as the logic of the game and the visuals. there are eight parts of the game each set up in the basic structure of a trip(come up, peak, come down). also like a trip you determine where you go on your journey if you want it to be light and fluffy or fucked up firth-like journey. for example the first part is as follows...

you leave your house. your thought screen (at the top left) tells you to walk as far away from your house as possible. then you walk and walk. then, as you pass the fifth or sixth block a cinematic starts where you turn around and BAM! your still right infront of your house.

so your thought screen says "okay, that didnt work" and it tells you to go to your neigbors house because they can help you find away out (out of where? its just what it says) so you go to your neigbors house and you get a selection of actions when you get to the door (like hitman 2 for ps2) one of them is knock to you do that and someone answers to door and begins to talk to you as if you were already talking. all of a sudden you begin to melt into the ground so naturally your instinct is to move the joystick. when you do you pop back onto the ground. but immediately when you stop moving you begin to melt again. so you wind up walking in a circle trying to listen to the person talk gibberish.

i think video games could be so cool if i made them.

would you play The Blue Kittens Journey - Rated M for Mature (for language drug references nudity and blood and gore[like peoples skin melting off and turning into skeletons trying to tell you where the bathroom is])
