installing LEDs into a helmet

so basically i plan to make a Deadmau5 Head. i wondered how would I go about installing leds to a power button, and all inside the same helmet.
is their a tutorial i can find for making my own leds w/ wires and all that?
i appreciate any help

Uhhhhhhhhh.
Ohms law is your friend.
You can't just hook up an LED to a battery and call it good.
Current will fry it.
That's why we have resisters.
They cut down on current.

Too much current will fry an LED... always.  Resistors are typically used as current limiters in LED circuits.  When using "button batteries", as in the article you posted, the batteries have a typical maximum discharge current between 1mA to 3mA thus a current limiting resistor isn't needed.  This is a function of the battery.

Took a look at "Deadmau5"

Better light HERE

No wiring to do, just buy 2 or 3 and put batteries in it.
