Yeah I had the pictures in different folders and when I copy and pasted the URLs, I forgot to change the folder name as well as the filename.

Nah, mate. I was tempted to take the two rubescens home, but I thought nah fuck it. I've heard that even they have to be cooked in a certain way or some nonsense. I found a load of what I think were Chlorophyllum rhacodes when I was out too but they were covered by thick nettles and spiders webs and I'd nothing to carry them in so I thought fuck that. Just went on a quick photography expedition, tbh.

Some books list them as such. I have a hard time believing that.

I am tempted to try it, but the bloody thing has scales on it ffs, and I just have a healthy mistrust of Amanitas. Until somebody on here I trust tells me that it's worth eating I think I'll pass.

Liking that Panther Prawn!!

If you want to find some muscaria check over at hainault. The oldest part of the forest has a lot of birch trees and I think there about now. Im going to have a little look about in the next couple of days hopefully and ill post what i find. If youve never found one before its nice when you spot your first one :grin:

I actually saw a muscaria last year but it was in poor condition so I didn't take a photograph. I've never been to Hainault forest but I might head on over. Epping Forest at High Beech is closer, mind you.
