Saute them, season well, allow them to cool, chop the mixture up a bit and use as a filling in ravioli.  You can add some herbs or grated firm cheese to the mixture, or chopped garlic or anything really.

Wild Mushroom Risotto

1 cup of arborio or carneroli rice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsl butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup dry white wine
5 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1/3 cup grated parmesan

In a separate pan, heat broth to light simmer and throw in a cup of the dried mushrooms to let rehydrate
Sautee onion in oil and butter in a sauce pan
Add rice, stirring for a couple of minutes and add dry white wine
Stir in 1 cup broth, and continue cooking and stirring until liquid is absorbed.
Gradually stir in remaining broth 1 cup at a time, cooking and stirring until liquid is absorbed before adding the next cup
After about 20 minutes, the rice should almost be done, and you can toss in the mushrooms.  When the rice is done, take off the heat and stir in the cheese.  Serve immediately.
