That nay have been common in the 80's old man, but these days cops are required to go to court just as they are required to show up to their shifts.

Z4sDrive35is has an overboost function that allows you to build up a bit more boost from the turbos and go a bit quicker for a short amount of time...

But it's electronically limited at 155.

You actually can't get pulled over for not wearing your seat belt in my state. Its a secondary offense . Of course they can pull you over for "speeding" and then ticket you for not wearing a seat belt . I've gotten like 3 seat belt tickets and fought them all , and won :wink: . Realistically the seat belt laws are such bullshit that the courts even know it . Just play their game and win.

Also you can go to the court clerk and request all of the officers certifications . If anything is out of date you can have the case thrown out all together , before court.

Hope that helps , I say fight it , to many people let the government tax them with brute force . I was always to slow to run from the cops when my friends and I got in trouble , so I got good at winning cases.  Goood luck !
