Precisely... there's some sort of story to be told here about the events surrounding the ticket, where he was sitting, etc.
There's definitely something missing, and I want to hear it...

^^ lol
Did you show up to court the first time around and enter a plea? Or did you just blow it off?
And like they've already mentioned... what's the whole story?

ok well since your all let down by this guys poor story telling ill tell you about one of mine.
long ago in a time and place far far away, i was driving down the road at like mid night.
cop pulls me over because my tire crossed the white line once...maybe twice(barely)
he said he was checking for drunk drivers.
so then he was like SO....your not wearing your seat belt....he knew this before he turned his lights on. and before my tires crossed the line.
lastly, there was NOBODY around but me and him....NO reason to pull me over. bs excuss to get me for seat belt...should be illegal what he did...my state you have to have a reason to pull a person over(i thought a good one like another ticket) to do anything about seat belt.

they'll pull you over for not wearing a seat belt here.
in some places they'll pull you over for talking on your cell phone.

cell phones, i can see. its a car, not a fucking phone-booth!
but, i really despise them fucking seat belt laws.
first. the off chance some retard pulls out in front me, i crash and fly through the fucking window. sweet. my problem if I'm not wearing a seat belt.
if i want to fly through my window, so fucking be it!
second. i recall reading a study where in certain instances, having a seat belt on will cause the accident victim more harm than if they were free to let kinetic energy do it's thing.
i think the seat belt laws should be limited to children. after a certain age it should be a personal preference..........
