I'm going to try for 2 out of the 4 Red Rocks shows, no way can I afford three, let alone all four, and only going to 1 seems like a waste.  lol  I never had any luck with contests/lotteries, so I never tried, crossing my fingers on public sale.

Kind news in the mail yesterday, my one and only request was granted. I'll be at the SPAC show, along with my special lady and two friends that will soon be hearing of their wedding present surprise.

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.

The Culkin is the name of a pretty common schoolyard move you may know as the "park bench" but which was named the Culkin by a bunch of friends of mine when they attempted (and failed) to do it to Macaulay Culkin - though they later succeeded in Culkining his brother Kieran Culkin.  See this thread for reference:
