Massage Therapy

I'm thinking about seeing a massage therapist. They are kind of expensive... Actually, they are really expensive, but I'm going to shop around and find a good and qualified one for a competitive price.

I'm hoping to get a lot of my muscular and stress problems under new management and I think a massage therapist is the right move.

Have you ever been to a massage therapist? How was your experience? Any advice?
